To ensure the integrity of community-submitted events, we require all submissions to be accurate and truthful. Additionally, we may need to contact you to confirm the legitimacy of the event details. Your cooperation in providing accurate information and being reachable for verification is greatly appreciated and helps maintain the quality and credibility of our event listings.

HALL RENTAL AGREEMENT
TERMS:

Total fee required prior to the event date.
If cancellation is made less than FOUR (4) weeks prior to event date, rent will not be refunded.
Booking is not confirmed until rent has been received.
The Lessee must vacate premises at the end of the contracted time as listed in this document.
The Lessee must return key the next day
All damage deposits will be refunded within FOURTEEN (14) days of the rental date (if no damage occurred).
The lessee will obtain all necessary 11ermits, insurance and licenses for the staging of the event from the appropriate regulatory boards and authorities.

CONDITIONS:
1. The Lessee is responsible for the following duties before leaving the hall after a function: .
a) Wash and put away all tables and coffee pots
b) Place soiled laundry on sink drainage area for Hall Operator to pickup ,
c) Place all garbage in garbage bags and place in -outdoor garbage bin on south side of hall (ensure lid is closed)
d) Store away all tables and chairs in location that they were stored prior to set up, unless other arrangements have been made as part of Retail Agreement
If any of the above duties are not fulfilled, or any other basic cleanup work is required, a cleanup fee will be charged

2. The Lessee will not permit any actions which may be denied a nuisance, annoyance or contrary to any Municipal; Provincial or Federal regulations
3. The Lessor must approve the affixing of any exhibits. Any wall hangings or wall mounted decorations MUST utilize existing hooks and fixtures. Tacks, push pins or any other type of fastener that could damage walls are prohibited.
4. All furniture, fixtures and the like that are brought on the premises are done so at the sole risk of the Lessee. The Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage resulting therefrom.
5. During the use and occupation of said premises, the Lessee will identify and save harmless the Lessor and the M.D. of Bonnyville No. 87 from and against any and all liability whatsoever resulting from injury or damage to any person, persons or property by reason of or as a result of the use and occupation of the said premises directly or indirectly as herein set forth, or by reason of or as a result of the acts of it or its associates, agents, employees or workers.
6. The Lessee will be held totally responsible for the costs of repairing or replacing lost or damaged equipment. The lessor reserves the right to evict, cause ·to be moved, and refuse further bookings or admissions to persons or groups misbehaving, causing a nuisance, causing willful damage; or ignoring any of the above terms and conditions.
